How long does it take for me to receive my package?
Once orders are received and processed for payment, orders can take 1-7 days to receive for domestic and international orders. 1-3 day delivery time for domestic orders, 5-7 day delivery time for international orders.
What mail service is used to send the merchandise?
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
How do the sizes run?
Everything is made true to size. If you like your jeans, shirts or hoodies to have a little more room we suggest you order one size up.
When will I receive confirmation or tracking number for my order?
Once the funds are debited you should receive a receipt of payment, which means we have received your order. When your order has been filled and is ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number to the email associated with the purchase. Your PayPal receipt is confirmation that your order was received. Also check spam or junk email folder, sometimes the payment receipt goes there.
What is your Return Policy?
We have a 14-day EXCHANGE ONLY policy. After 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your request for exchange has been approved through our ORDER PORTAL and you receive a shipping return label, you have 7 days to send your item(s) back. Once 7 days has gone by, your request for exchange will be canceled.
Can you ship multiple orders in the same package?
We do not combine different orders in the same package.
If you place multiple orders, your order will be shipped and delivered in different packages.
What if my order says delivered but was lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will have to submit a claim on your end with the shipping carrier.
